That the affiliates will not make negative or disparaging remarks about the Company, its products, courses, officers, employees, or other people and products. The affiliates will be respectful to the Company as well as the affiliate marketing business.
That the affiliates will not use the Company's trade name(s), information, literature, advertising material, and gathering of people or other resources including Intellectual Property to introduce and promote interests of any entity other than the Company.
That the affiliates will strive to ensure that my customers and fellow affiliates are satisfied with the Company's products and my services.
That the affiliates will abide by the SkillsSeekho Affiliator's Rules and Regulations at all times.
That the affiliates will not resort to any fraudulent act in promoting the Company's business at the expense of the Company and fellow affiliates.
That during distributorship and thereafter, the affiliates will not do anything that may adversely affect the Company, its reputation, and business interests.
That the affiliates shall not use misleading, deceptive, andor unfair trade practices.
That the affiliates shall take appropriate steps to ensure the protection of private information provided to me by the consumers.

Fee Changes

Skills Seekho in its sole discretion and at any time may modify Course fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

Skills Seekho will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in course fees to allow you to terminate your purchase before such change becomes effective.

Your continued use of Service after the Course fee change comes into effect will not affect you already purchased services.

Refund Policy

A customer can ask for a refund only within 12 hours of the purchase.
No Refund will be given to the customer for the purchase of any package made by the customer directly from Skills Seekho or through the affiliate link of the person who referred him to Skills Seekho after 12 hours of purchase under any circumstances.
If you upgraded your package of Skills Seekho then no refund will be given to any customer under any circumstance.
A payment gateway fee @ 3% of the paid amount and a processing fee @ 5% of the paid amount will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Company will not be responsible, entertain or try to resolve any types of personal disputes (like exchange of money, conflicts on any matter whatsoever, etc.) of leads, affiliates with each other or that of affiliates with their leads.

NOTE:

In case of violation of any of these guidelines, the rights to affiliate the Skills Seekho courses could be temporarily suspended or permanently taken away. After suspension or termination, the Affiliate will still be able to access the courses but will not be able to promote the courses and earn commission on their sales.
